Arches Housing has successfully been working in partnership with Sheffield City Council to provide new social housing at Woodfold in the Burngreave area.
We will shortly be advertising 14 new houses for people who are on the council’s waiting list to bid for via the Sheffield Property Shop.
The houses are all for rent and are due to be ready to move into late September to the end of October 2011. Arches Housing will own and manage the housing.

The houses will provide much-needed accommodation to the community and be built to standards which will make the running costs low through energy performance measures, including solar panels and be finished to a high quality.
The houses will provide modern, safe housing and achieve Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design accreditation. The houses when ready will be let via Sheffield City Council’s Property Shop and managed by Arches Housing.
