A big thank you to the enthusiastic crowd that filled Burngreave Cemetery Chapel for the 4th Cheap Thrills, Zero Budget Film Festival.

This year we were discovered by Californians, who submitted six powerful pieces. The prizes went to more local movies:

Best film

A Fistful of Conkers by Liam Sanderson

Biggest audience reaction

Bike challenge by Peter Applerock

Best young filmmaker

Dominic with Gravy Hedgehog (don't ask)

Special Cheap Thrills Prize

Salad Dodgers by Heather Derwick.

On a personal note, the festival took a lot out of me this year, and I thought this would be the last. But we had a great night, see you next year.

All the films will be available at http://www.zerobudgetfilmfest.com
