International Roma Day was created by the Roma community for the Roma community around the world. It was celebrated by about 250 people in Sheffield on 10th April 2016 at PACA on Page Hall Road.

There was Roma traditional food also desserts and other refreshments. Music was provided by the Miro Bystrany Band that came originally from Slovakia and played traditional Roma music.

We were entertained by a new dance group called Lole Ruzy. This was all organised by the Sheffield Roma Network team led by myself and Marek Pacan.
