Then this is the place for you!

This course will enable people to make healthier cooking choices. We will be swapping recipes as well as making classic traditional dishes such as Chicken curry, various pasta dishes, spaghetti bolognese, quiche and healthy desserts.

The course will be facilitated by Somshun Nessa, Health Development Worker and Health Trainer. So you will have the opportunity to receive one-to-one advice around healthy eating and exercise, and health champions will also be there to help.

Sessions are once a month at the Furnival , 199 Verdon Street Starting Friday 25th October 2013 11:30am–1:30pm
