The Yemeni Community Association is very proud to have been awarded the ‘Investors in People’ and ‘Investors in Diversity’ quality standards. This is a recognition of the high quality services we deliver to ensure the needs of the community are effectively met.

We are proud to have a strong, enthusiastic and diverse work force whose passion and commitment to helping people in the community helps to drive the organisation forward.

The assessor commented:

‘Recognition should be made to the team for their achievements to date and for the outstanding team spirit that exists. Learning is at the heart of everything YCA does and there are good examples of how learning has helped them develop. There is a ‘can do’ attitude running throughout the organisation’’

The YCA delivers high quality services for young people, including study support, ESOL and activities to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.
