Secondment or short term contract opportunity

SHEBEEN is seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator for a 6 month Maternity Cover post.

  • 22 Hours per week

  • Salary: £25,020 pro rata. 8% Pension Contribution

Job Description

SHEBEEN (Sheffield Black and Ethnic Minority Environmental Network) is Sheffield’s BME environmental champion, promoting engagement in environmental activities, training and employment throughout the city and beyond. This is an opportunity to play a key role in SHEBEEN for the next six months.

The role includes overseeing the delivery and evaluation of existing projects and providing line management for the small staff team. It will also involve managing financial management systems, reporting to funders and being involved in applications to new funders.

Other skills should include: report-writing, general administration, fund-raising, supporting a board of trustees and networking with BME organisations in the region.
