Tree planting at Page Hall

Burngreave Community Forestry working in partnership with Green City Action is planting four heavy standard mountain ash street trees to celebrate National Tree Week.

Woodland management and tidy

A woodland management and general tidy-up of the area will take place along Bagley Dike on 27th November 2007.

Tree planting at Grimesthorpe allotments

Burngreave Community Forestry will begin the planting of twenty heavy standard White Mulberry trees at Grimesthorpe allotments on Thursday 22nd November 2007.

Children In Need fundraiser

Firshill TARA are to hold a “Choir, Pie & Pea Supper” event in aid of Children In Need on 16th November.

Carnival of Lights

A Carnival of Lights, organised by Green City Action, will take place on Ellesmere Green on 1st December.

SHEBEEN Co-ordinator required
