A free Carnival of Lights is to take place on Ellesmere Green in Burngreave on Saturday 1st December 2007, organised by Green City Action.
Included in the event will be a fire display, ultra-violet face painting, swingboats rides, circus skills workshops, an on-site spraycan ultra-violet art display and a paint and stencil activity zone. All activities at the event will be free of charge.
