Parkwood Springs events

The Friends of Parkwood Springs welcome all to their workday this coming Saturday, June 27th, from 10am to 12 noon. Meet at the car park at Cooks Wood Road/Shirecliffe Road. Share a joke and get some fresh air at the same time, so why not come along. If you should be a bit late, ring 0777 156 4883, and they'll tell you where they are working.

Then on Tuesday 7th July it is the Friends Group meeting, at 7pm at St Catherines School, Firshill Crescent, S4 7BX. The Council's Planning Committee is likely to have decided about the Restoration Plan for the Landfill site earlier that day, so there may at last be some news! Again everybody is welcome, and encouraged to put in their ideas for what the Freinds should be doing.
