Please find below a list of activities for Pakistan Advice and Community Association. Watch out for new activities!.

Tuesday activities

Women over 50 Keep fit session. 10.30-11.30. Every week.

Muslim Womens' health project. Health sessions once a month for people over 50. Please call Saima at PACA for referrals and further information.

Movement Play. Motor Skills Mother and Toddler taster session. 11.00- 11.45.

Wednesday Activities

Men over 50 lunch club. Every fortnight. Please call for dates.

Muslim men's health project. Health sessions once a month for people over 50. Please call Saima at PACA for referrals and further information.

Women's zumba. Weekly 1pm- 2pm. Starting Wednesday, 1st July.

Thursday Activities

Gentle dance and movement. Thursday, 6th August -Thursday, 3rd September 2015. 10.30.- 12.000. Noon. Women only. Focusing on movement and well being.

Youth Out and About/ Step Outside Holiday Club. Thursday, 6th August- Thursday, 27th August 2015. 2pm- 4pm. Building up self esteem and communication skills. (Four weeks)

Carers Support group. Second Thursday every month. Guest speakers and activities.

Smoking Cessation. Thursdays 12.30-1.30.

Roma Women Oral health sessions.

September Activities
