Job: Health Trainer (BME Female)

SOAR has an exciting vacancy in their Health Team for a Health Trainer (BME Female)

This post will contribute to tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting predominantly BME female clients (some male) to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities, namely within Burngreave Healthy Communities Programme Area.

It focuses on engaging with individuals in communities and offering them practical support to change their behaviour to achieve their own choices and goals.

Part time (22.5 hours) flexible hours

Grade: Scale 3 Spinal Point 14-18 (£15,725-£17,161 pro rata) 8% pension contribution

Fixed term contract contract 31/03/14 (Maternity replacement) 25 days annual leave entitlement pro-rata & Bank holidays
