At the Burngreave Ashram Open Day on Saturday 21st May, the community had a chance to meet the people involved and enjoy food and entertainment.

Local performers from Ellesmere Road were Stan Skinny and the Neats. Other participants in the day’s events included Helen Hornby of the Blue Loop, Nirmal Fernando of the Multi-Faith Chapel and Library, Ruth Bird from the Gathering, Jenny Beard of Handsley Beard Events, David Hill from the Cafe Church, Ali Bashir from the Asylum community and John Vincent of Ashram Community Trust.
