We are inviting you to our 3rd Annual General Meeting on Monday, 10th November 2008 at SYAC (South Yorkshire African Caribbean Training and Enterprise centre) 120 The Wicker, Sheffield, S3 8JD.

  • 7.30 pm Chairs Report

  • 7.45 pm Financial report

  • 8.00 pm Management Committee elections

  • 8.15 pm Questions and Comments

  • 8.30 pm Close

If you would like to vote in the elections you will need to complete an annual membership form. If you would like to sit on the Management Committee, you will need to be a member of Solid and have attended three meetings in the last year.

Our support group is still growing and we look forward to the return of our old members and some new ones. Please let us know if you will be attending either by telephone or e-mail. You are welcome to bring along a friend. We look forward to seeing you on this special occasion and thank you for your continued support.
