Racist letter

A letter with explicit racist content, addressed to ‘the occupier’ was recently received by John Duignan of Andreas Hairdressers on Pitsmoor Road. John was sickened by the letter and has no idea why it was sent to his shop.

The police are taking any such incitement extremely seriously. Inspector Jon Ekwubiri stressed that such letters are against the law and said:

“If you have received a similar letter, avoid touching it and put it into a dry plastic bag and call 101.The police will then deal with it.”
