Job: Assistant Circuit Administrator at Sheffield Methodist Church

  • 22.5 hours per week

  • £8.50 per hour

The Sheffield Methodist Circuit seeks an Assistant Circuit Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small newly formed team, in the Sheffield Office of the Methodist Church, at the Furnival, Burngreave, Sheffield. In the Methodist Church, a circuit is the unit which links together churches for mutual encouragement and help.

This post is based in the Circuit resource team and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in the administration of Circuit finance, property and staffing, as well as Circuit IT communications, website and data base work.

This is a key role to support further modernisation and transformation of the work of the Methodist Church in Sheffield at this crucial time in their development. They are looking for a team player, with good communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to relate to others inside and outside of the Church.
