Children’s Weight Management

Worried about a child’s weight? Unsure what a healthy weight is?

Zest run a city wide, family focussed, 12 week children’s weight management programme for children aged 7-15 who are above a healthy weight.

Referrals can be via a health professional or by self-referral. Refer a child.

Current local children’s weight management clinics are running from:

  • Shirecliffe Community Centre, 349 Shirecliffe Road Sheffield S5 8XJ

  • Crescent Community Centre, St. Catherine's Catholic Primary School, Firshill Crescent,Sheffield S4 7BX,

Also at The Old Rectory Handsworth ; Springs Leisure Centre; Zest Upperthorpe; and Sharrow

Referrals are now being taken for January’s clinics.
