Vestry Hall reopens for activities

Burngreave Vestry Hall is opening again after it was closed because of flood damage.

On September 8th, The Dry Road event – run by the S3 Allcomers – will be held again in the Hall. There will be some great live music, a free homemade buffet and some good old-fashioned community spirit.

Dry Road is a new non-alcoholic social evening, organised by S3 Allcomers on the first Thursday of every month. S3 Allcomers, previously called Launchpad, offer social groups and activities for the local community, (including people with physical impairments and/or sensory impairments, learning disabilities and older people).

Pool and darts will be available once again. The entry is free.

Organiser Rita Hardwick says,

“If you haven't been before, do come and try this out as it's a really enjoyable evening.”

Dry Road is 7.30 till 10.30pm at the Vestry Hall on Burngreave Road.
