No need to book for any of these, the event will be from 10am and you will be welcome to enjoy free refreshments and to find out more about the projects which Age Better in Sheffield is running to reduce loneliness and isolation.

Sign up for media skills training, you can choose photography, film making, audio stories, writing and drawing. If you are over 50 book a place to try chairobics or get advice from Sheffield MIND on how to improve your relationships and wellbeing by changing how you sit or stand.

From 5pm there will be a sit down meal and performances that celebrate the diversity of the area.
