Sheffield Community Heritage Forum

The Sheffield Community Heritage Forum will be hosted in the Community Room in Abbeyfield House on Saturday 26th October.

The agenda of the meeting has been finalised and can be seen below. You can go along for all or part of the day to see what various heritage groups are up to at the moment.

SCHF Agenda, Abbeyfield Park, 26th October 2013.

  • 10am – 10.15 – Arrival.

  • 10.15am – 10.45 am – Talk about new guidelines for the Group

  • 10.45am – 11.30 – Friends of Abbeyfield Park. Depending on the weather this may be accompanied by a short walk around the park, please wear suitable shoes and bring a waterproof!

  • 11.30 – 11.50 – Dinah Saich, South Yorkshire Archaeology Service (SYAS).

  • 11.50 – 1pm – LUNCH. Please bring your own picnic/packed lunch.

  • 1pm – 1.20pm – Joy Bullivant, Timewalks.

  • 1.20pm – 1.40pm – Sally Rodgers , Tinsley Manor Project

  • 1.40pm – 2pm – Janet Ridler, Sheffield Cathedral Gateway Project.

  • 2pm -2.10pm – BREAK.

  • 2.10pm – 2.30pm – Nick Roscoe, Friends of Bishops' House.

  • 2.30pm – 2.50pm – Christine Handley, Shire Brook Valley and the Heritage Group.

  • 2.50pm – 3.00pm – AOB
