Burngreave New Deal for Communities will close before the end of March 2011, and the buildings and all assets will go to the Council. The proposal was agreed by Cabinet on 22nd December 2010, where the Council committed to keeping the buildings open and in use. Forum House, also owned by New Deal, will be sold. The Council will try to negotiate with the government to keep the money from this sale, under current rules the money would have to be returned.
