International Women's Day

International Women's Day is being celebrated by women in Burngreave (and all over the world) on Tuesday 10th March.

Women have the opportunity to come together and enjoy the rich culture and diversity that makes Burngreave such a vibrant place. Events will be held at the Furnival on Verdon St and at Verdon Recreation Centre from 10am – 4pm.

There will be activities, empowerment workshops, complimentary therapies, massage, henna hand painting, local information stands and of course refreshments.

The event is free and open to all women in the area.

Sheffield Primary Care Trust are funding this event and working in partnership with Health Matters, Activity Sheffield and other local organisations.
