Essential Oils for Health

Palorine Williams from Health Matters will be holding workshops at Burngreave Library.

The sessions (for ladies only) will give you confidence in how to use oils, how to relax and how to keep you and your family healthy.

Session 1

Thursday, 26th February 2009, 10am – 12 noon

Introducing different types of therapeutic oils which are good for your skin. Learn about the cultural background of the oils being used.

Session 2

Thursday, 5th March 2009, 10am – 12 noon

Oils and massages for arthritis and stress relief

Session 3

Thursday, 12th March 2009, 10am – 12 noon

Head, neck and shoulder massages
