Sheffield Futures has a vacancy for a:

Temporary Administrator

The post is 15 hours per week – Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays mornings (Flexible)

The post runs until May 2010

Scale 2/3 £14,197 to £16,217 (pro rata)

Sheffield Futures is an exciting and innovative charity which provides a wide range of services to people of all ages. It is one of the largest providers of Connexions services in the country and has a national reputation for quality of service delivery.

You will primarily be responsible for providing a clerical and administration service including word processing to support the Burngreave Team Manager and Staff. The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and have previous experience of working to tight deadlines. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work accurately with attention to detail. You should also have a good knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
