Mediation Sheffield will be running a free accredited course in Community Mediation Skills in October 2008.

Job: Learning Mentor - Cellar Space

The Cellar Space provides a safe environment for young people aged 11–16 who are finding it difficult to engage with mainstream education. We work with each young person to identify their needs, interests, and strengths in order to develop their confidence and self-esteem. We are looking for an experienced worker to join our team.

  • 21 hrs per week (39 weeks per year)

  • starting on £18,907 pro rata

Fund-raising meal

A newly formed group run by Sheffield Disabled Migrants, Asylum Seekers and Refugees, called ‘No Barriers No Borders’, have organised a fund-raising meal at the Ashram Cafe on Sunday 6th July.
