Would you like to be a Mystery Shopper?

After the recent success of the first Mystery Shopping programme, a further course will begin in January 2008.

Mystery Shopping is a way of testing whether organisations are providing the best service they can and it also identifies ways in which they can improve their service.

A Mystery Shopper will phone or visit an organisation and assess the service they receive. This information is used by us to improve BNDfC funded projects.

The eighteen residents who completed the first course found it a rewarding experience. If you are over 16 years of age and live in the BNDfC area you can get involved.

You will:

• Develop new skills

• Help to improve local services

• Make new friends

Also, you will receive £20 per session after completion of the training and we can help with childcare costs.

If you are interested or would like to know more, please contact Jackie Toyne at BNDfC on 0114 279 6932.
