Kickboxing is a cross between Thai Boxing and Boxing. You can’t use your knees and elbows in kickboxing just your hands and feet. This dynamic sport is great for improving your fitness levels and letting go of any stress.

BSN are running kickboxing classes at Verdon Recreation Centre every Friday from 6–7pm. Mixed class, male instructor, age 11+. Call 241 9100 for more information.

Fed up with being stuck inside all winter? Get your trainers out and enjoy the Spring sunshine! With the Race for Life in May and the Burngreave Mile Run in mind, BSN are starting a local running club. All abilities welcome. If you are interested in joining in, call for training and meeting times – 241 9100.
