Healthy Lifestyle Course

Sheffield Mind and Body Project are running a Healthy Lifestyle Course:

Start date: Thursday 23rd January 2014 for 10 weeks

Venue: Pakistan Community Association & Multi Cultural Advice Centre, 127 Page Hall Road, Sheffield, S4 8GU

Time: 1.00pm – 3.00pm

This Healthy Lifestyle course is for ‘Women only’ who want to make positive changes to their lifestyle with friendly support.

Each session involves discussion around healthy eating and weight management, practical cooking and 30 minutes of exercise.

You will have the opportunity to have a voluntary health check on the first and last session to track your progress over the 10 sessions.
