Healthy Lifestyle Course

Thursday May 8th 2014, 12.30 – 2.30pm at Pakistani Community Association & Multi Cultural Advice (PACA)

This is a 6 week course for Women Only who want to make a positive change to their Lifestyle.

The Healthy Lifestyle Course is an opportunity to learn new healthy recipes and new cookery skills learn about fats, sugar, portion sizes, food labeling, benefit of exercise and a great place to socialize.

These sessions will consist of 30 minutes exercise and Cook & eat session. Sessions are delivered by Health Development worker Somshun along with SOAR Practice Champions who speak community languages.

Cost and Duration: FREE service 6 Weeks 12:30-2:30
