Understanding Low Mood

Healthy Living Workshop

  • Feel down, depressed or hopeless?

  • Feel tired or have little energy?

  • Have you stopped doing activities you used to enjoy?

If you answered YES then this educational workshop may be of benefit for you. The workshop involves trained NHS workers providing an exducational presentation and the opportunity of interactive group work. We explore the links between feeling low on our thinking and behaviour. You may benefit from learning helpful techniques to feel better.
