Pitsmoor Adventure Playground Reopens

Pitsmoor Adventure Playground is reopening this week, and a Christmas party is planned for 21st December.

The playground has been closed since October after the Council stated that health and safety work was needed on site. Local residents volunteered to help with equipment repairs and they have now removed some of the older equipment and made other improvements outside. The Council has completed some minor works around the building.

The Playground is currently run by the Council's Activity Sheffield, but there are plans to establish a new Charitable organisation to take over the running early next year.
