SOAR has an exciting vacancy in our Health Team for:
Volunteer worker
Part time (30 hours) flexible hours
Grade: Scale 2 Spinal Point 16 (£16,440 pro rata)
8% pension contribution
Permanent subject to funding
25 days annual leave entitlement pro-rata & Bank holidays
SOAR has been awarded an exciting new contract to deliver a Practice Champions project, aimed at working with GP Surgeries to utilise the skills and talents of local people in co-designing and co-delivering activity.
SOAR is working in partnership with the following GP Surgeries:
Shiregreen Medical Centre (Firth Park GP Association)
Page Hall Medical Centre (Pitsmoor GP Association).
The Volunteer Worker will work as part of an integrated team (including Practice staff and SOAR Development staff) in the delivery of the project; that involves the recruitment, retention and support of Practice Champions, and co-designing activity.
