Environment Project Officer for ‘Harvesting Our Heritage’ project

Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund

Fixed term for 2 years at 13hrs pw pro-rata to £24,000 fte

SHEBEEN (Sheffield Black & Ethnic Minority Environmental Network) promotes BME engagement in environmental activity in and beyond Sheffield. We are seeking to appoint someone with experience in working with BME communities to engage with them and take a lead on our Heritage Lottery Funded project ‘Harvesting Our Heritage’. This will involve promoting the project to young people and organisations, leading environmental heritage activities and helping participants develop their knowledge. Do you have a passion for the environment and drive to reach out to BME communities to get them involved in environmental heritage in and around Sheffield?
