Job: Employment Worker

Bridge Employment is a small and friendly Sheffield based charity which helps people with disabilities and mental health problems into work. Most applicants we work with have learning disabilities, mental health problems or are on the autistic spectrum. Following the recent departure of a staff member to pastures new we are now keen to re-establish our area of expertise in relation to supporting clients with a learning disability into work by recruiting a new Employment Worker to join our staff team.

NJC pay Scale 22-28 £19,427- £23,473 pro rata

(Annual cost of living increase pending and starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 6% pension contribution after a 3 month probationary period.

Part Time 18.75 hours per week

(Fixed term contract for 12 months initially due to the finite nature of our current funding. There is the potential for extension subject to the securing of additional funding)
