I have just started doing something I really enjoy and now I am losing vital experience and work.

It upsets me, not just because I’m losing my job, but the youths of the area are losing out on opportunities to try and better themselves. Everyone says how “These youths are out of control” but projects like this show they want to do better and as soon as they start making an effort they just get kicked back down.

For me I’ve seen the kids at the Reach High Project improve their grades in school coming out with better GCSEs, they’re doing something positive that improves their future, and it’s actually making a change to the youth’s lives.
