Ramblers Walking Dates May/June

Walks continue on alternate Sundays with additional Sunday walks.

May 2007

  • Saturday 5th. Leader: Charlie. Followed by nosh at Kashmir*

  • Saturday 19th. Leader: John W

  • Sunday 27th. Leader: David

*Nosh at Kashmir, Sat 5th May. Meet in East House at 7.30pm. All welcome.

June 2007

  • Saturday 2nd. Leader: Sue

  • Saturday 16th. Leader: Tom/Ingrid or John W

  • Saturday 30th. Leader: David

Note: Leaders may possibly change

  • Walks leave from Abbeyfield Park gates, Abbeyfield Road at 10.45am and usually return about 3.30pm (but check likely return time with leader).

  • Walks are about 5 – 7 miles and moderately easy – usually in the Peak District.

  • Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

  • Take packed lunch and drink (*not* pub/café lunch stop unless informed otherwise).

Please confirm arrangements and suitability of walk for children beforehand with leader.
