ACS CHOICE Manager

  • £22,106 per annum + pension

ACS provides a wide variety of support services in clients’ own homes. These include a Handyperson Service and a Shopping and Cleaning Service, both of which are undergoing significant development in order to form part of a new service – ACS CHOICE. We are looking for an experienced people and project manager to lead the development and delivery of ACS CHOICE.

The post holder will act as Deputy for the Home Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of other services including the Floating Support Service for older people with housing-related needs. Excellent leadership and communication skills are key and the successful candidate who will be equally at home speaking to individual clients and to a wide range of staff.

The role involves:

  • operational development and management of ACS CHOICE;

  • supervising and managing a team of staff;

  • managing a case-load of vulnerable older people;

  • monitoring and evaluating the performance of services and the outcomes for clients.
