Green City Action AGM

The AGM (Annual General Meeting) of Green City Action will be held at Abbeyfield Park House on Saturday 27th January starting at 11.00am.

The AGM will be officially opened by the right worshipful the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Cllr Jackie Drayton. Mary Bagley the Director of Parks and Countryside will be present to talk about the benefits of partnership working in improving green and open spaces.

The staff of Green City Action will be present to answer questions about the work of the organisation.

All Green City Action members are cordially invited to attend and can vote on matters of business. Nominations are also invited for the election of members to the board of trustees.

Any member wishing to nominate or self nominate should contact Garry Smith on (0114) 244 0353 or enquiries@greencityaction.org.uk as soon as possible. Light refreshments will be provided.

The first 25 members who are resident in Burngreave will receive a free Smartwater kit worth over £30. To claim your kit turn up to the AGM before 10.45 am to register your attendance with GCA staff.
