BCAF meeting announced

Notice has been given that a Special General Meeting of members of BCAF will be held on 16th December 2006, 10.30am at the Welcome Centre, Nottingham Street, Sheffield S3.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the consequences for BCAF resulting from the closure of BCAT.

Free food, creche and transport will be available.

Clause 10 of the BCAF Constitution Special General Meetings:

10.1 The Committee may call a Special General Meeting at any time. If at least ten members request such a meeting in writing, stating the business to be considered, the Secretery shall call such a meeting. At least fourteen days notice must be given. The notice must state the business to be discussed.

10.2 Arrangements for publicising, voting and the quorum will be the same as for an AGM.
