Supporting local groups

This page is produced by Kieron Williams – Area Co-ordinator for the Burngreave Area Panel

The Area Panel aims to support local groups who are working to improve the lives of people in this area.

One way we do this is by providing small grants to local groups.

We have just made our decision on the latest round of applications and are happy to say all the following groups were successful:

  • St James Women’s Group

  • Al Furqan School

  • EL NISAH

  • Firshill Parent and Teacher Association

  • ASTRA

  • Friends of Abbeyfield Park

The closing date for the next round of applications is Friday 4th February 2005.
