Pain support groups

This is an opportunity for those who suffer from pain to socialise with like minded people and gain new skills to self manage pain including workshops around pain management, relaxation,massage and meditation.

Translators are available.

This is a fortnightly service everyone is welcome.

This is a free service.

The sessions are delivered by a development worker and supported by Page Hall Practice Champions.

Sorby House, 42 Spital Hill, S4 7LG

St Cuthbert's Church, Barnsley Road, opposite Nothern General Hospital,

When:

Sorby House (7th and 21st June 2016) and St Cuthbert's Church (14th June 2016). All 12.30- 2.30 pm. Further sessions will follow.
