Horticultural Therapy Support Worker with Allotment lead
to
Support delivery of horticultural therapy service to adults with mental health needs,
Take a lead on the maintenance and development of 3 large allotment sites.
We seek someone with minimum 3 years’ experience working with adults with mental health needs plus significant skills, experience and enthusiasm for gardening, ideally in a therapeutic horticulture context. You will join a small, highly committed team with a proven track record in delivering positive outcomes for socially excluded adults with complex needs.
Salary: £21,386 per annum pro rata (£13,872 for a 24 hour week) Reviewed nnually.
Hours: 24 hours/week
Benefits: 10% contribution to stakeholder pension

We seek someone with minimum 3 years’ experience working with adults with mental health needs plus significant gardening skills, experience and enthusiasm. You will also have knowledge and passion for the therapeutic potential of various arts and experience of setting up and running events &/or courses. You will join a small team, highly committed to delivering positive outcomes for socially excluded adults with complex needs.
Salary: £21,386 per annum pro rata (£13,005 for a 22.5 hour week)Reviewed annually.
Hours: 22.5 hours/week
Benefits: 10% contribution to stakeholder pension
