Green Commission to meet in Burngreave

The next meeting of Sheffield's Green Commission will be held at Burngreave Vestry Hall.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will take place on Thursday 12th February 2015 from 6pm-7.30.

Three fascinating speakers are lined up for the event:

  • Dr Carly McLachlan, a lecturer in climate change, sustainability and project management within the School of Mechanical Aerospace and Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester's Tyndall Centre

  • Amy Boyle, Account Director, Diva Creative, a marketing agency

  • Dr Joe Smith, Senior Lecturer, The Open University

The meeting is open to the public. The panel will not take public questions but Sheffield Climate Alliance will follow the presentation with a workshop from 7.30 to 8.30pm and the views given here will feed into the Green Commission's evidence.
