Part time (30 hours) flexible hours
Salary: £20,198 – £22,221 pro rata
8% pension contribution
25 days annual leave entitlement pro-rata & Bank holidays Permanent subject to funding
The Senior Health Trainer is responsible for the efficient day to day running of SOAR’s Health Trainer Team.
You will take the lead for Health Trainer service development within North Sheffield and support the operational delivery of SOARs Social Prescribing Service.
The work will focus on communities who are marginalised and who experience the greatest inequalities in health.
You will also manage your own caseload of customers (around 70% of working week), in tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities.
SOAR is an award winning regeneration charity in North Sheffield which provides a number of services for the community including health, buildings management, training and support into employment.
