Senior City Councillors met with about forty local residents in February.
The meeting opened with a minute’s silence for Harry Harpham MP who had recently died.
A lively ‘Question Time’ session followed on a range of subjects including the Ski Village, cuts to Activity Sheffield, falling house prices, the council’s house buying policy, landlord licensing, Pye Bank School, litter, trees, the EU referendum, proposed devolution and regional mayor, air pollution, the Stones Brewery site, Neighbourhood Watch and Pye Bank Hostel.
The councillors all said they are committed to fighting to protect and improve our area.
