Kids Create: Half-term make and do workshops

Kids Create are hosting three days of workshops where children will be able to engage in, and enjoy creative activities. Your child will go on a journey of exploration in a safe, fun environment whatever their stage of development. The sessions are based on themed days which will be both indoor and outdoor.

  • 10am till 3pm.

  • £10 per session or £18 for two siblings.

  • Children can attend the sessions if they are aged between 4 and 12.

At The Scout Hut, Holtwood Road, Burngreave, Sheffield S4 7BA

Children will work in teams as well as individually. The creative sessions enable children to develop independent thinking , learn creative skills ,and communicate confidently.

  • 28th October: Nature day – Exploring the change of Seasons, we will make vegetable soup, a bug house, twig elves, fairies, bird feeders and autumnal mobiles .

  • 29th October: Recycling crafts – Create junk robots, snake puppets,plant pot lighthouse, glass jar vase and much more!

  • 30th October: Halloween – Exploring magic, witches, and wizards! make your own wands, hats, spells and potions, pumpkin carving, Halloween necklaces and Halloween bun baking.

Drinks and snacks are provided, but ask children to bring a packed lunch with them. When dropping your child off please provide outdoor coats and boots, and clothes you don’t mind getting messy.

Kids Create is a non profit making organisation. Staff are experienced workshop leaders, specialising in kids craft activities, CRB checked and qualified in first aid.

Kids Create aim is to allow children of different abilities to work at their own pace and would like children to realise that being creative is a wonderful talent that needs to be nurtured.
