37 hours a week, 42 weeks per year (plus 6 weeks holiday pay)
Salary Scale: NJC pt 29-37 £24,892 – £31,160 fte dependant on experience

The Cellar Space works with some of Sheffield’s most disengaged and vulnerable young people in a small therapeutic setting. We work alongside young people to build their confidence, self esteem, self efficacy and re-engagement in learning.
Cellar Space are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our small multi disciplinary team from September 2014. You will be able to fully embody our values and ethos and have a proven track record of working with vulnerable and disengaged young people as well as leading and managing a team of people.
The applicant should be someone who can demonstrate that they have:
Enthusiasm, energy and creativity
An ability to both think strategically and implement plans
A track record of engaging and inspiring vulnerable young people and their families
A track record of working effectively with schools and other agencies
Great team work and communication skills
Good empathy and ability to engage in reflective practice
Experience of working therapeutically with young people and families
This post will commence fully on 1st September 2014 but the successful post holder would be expected to do 5 days induction prior to this, by arrangement with the organisation
