Feeling Good on Verdon Street project

Weekly drop-in coffee morning for women only.*

There will be information sessions from health professionals, knitting, crocheting, crafts, Zumba, Somali Dancing, aerobics, health walks and much more.

Funded by People’s Health Trust.

Pain Support Group

Socialise with like-minded people and gain new skills to self-manage your pain. Includes workshops about pain management, relaxation, massage and meditation.
