The full course is for 8 weeks and will start on Thursday 23rd January, then every Monday and Thursday at 9.30am – 2.30pm until Thursday 20th March at Vestry Hall, Burngreave Road, Sheffield S3 9DD.
Free childcare is provided for participants.

What is Community Development and Health?
It’s about local people gaining skills and knowledge about issues affecting both, their own and the community’s health and wellbeing.
It helps build confidence to get involved in your communities activities.

How is the course delivered?
The course is for 8 weeks, supported by experienced, friendly and approachable tutors.
Participants can be creative using painting, collage and photo’s to explore issues
Participants will be guided to reflect and analyse issues in group discussions and journals
Participants will be doing individual work as well as group activities during the sessions.
