Healthy Lifestyle Course

This course is for women who want to make positive changes to their lifestyle with friendly support. Each session involves discussion around healthy eating and weight management, practical cooking and 30 minutes of exercise. You will have the opportunity to have a voluntary health check.

When: Starts Thursday 8th May for 8 weeks 12.30 – 2.30pm

Where: Pakistan Advice and Community Association, 127 Page Hall Road

Feeling Good on Verdon Street project – Cook and Eat sessions

Where: The Furnival, Verdon Street

When: Once per month, Thursday 24th April, Thursday 22nd May and Thursday 26th June, 11.30am – 1.30pm

Women Only Exercise Course

Exercise course for women who would like to lose weight. Each session involves 30 – 45 minutes of exercise for weight loss with support and advice.

When: Starts May 2014 for 6 weeks

Where: Verdon Recreation Centre, Verdon Street
