Smiley Happy People Needed!

Can you spare just a couple of hours spare to help raise funds for Sheffield’s only adult Hospice?

We have an exciting opportunity for groups and individuals to get involved in and really put their team working skills into practice whilst having fun!

Tesco Saville Street have kindly allocated St Luke’s 2 bag packing days:

  • Friday 15th November 2013

  • Saturday 16th November 2013

We are looking for 8 people to bag pack in each two hour slot to help raise St Luke’s potentially thousands of pounds!

Slots are, on both days, as follows:

  • 10am -12noon

  • 12noon-2pm

  • 2pm-4pm

What happens during a bag pack?

You will be asked to stand at the end of a till. You will have on a St Luke’s t shirt and have a bucket. Just smile and ask customers “Would you like any help with your packing?” If they say yes- just start helping- don’t worry if you’re not the greatest at packing your own shopping- you’re not expected to be an expert! If they say no- just say “no problem” and smile. ( We find even people who say “NO” still put money into the bucket.)

It is only with the help of groups and individuals like yourselves that we can keep providing quality care and support to our patients and their families.

If your group can help please let us know as soon as possible on 0114 235 7590 or email: c.allen@hospicesheffield.co.uk
